Hello,
I have created a textured look on my card with the help of Tim Holtz Embossing Folder which I colored with distress ink Iced Spruce. I die cut hello die twice- once with white card-stock and second with black , overlaying them slightly displaced so that the white hello could peek through.
Lastly I layered this on top of a black A2 card-stock and my card was ready :)
